    Cloudhunter

    NE IPA

We’ve brewed dozens of NE IPAs, hunting for the perfect blend of tropical, hazy goodness and accessibility. It’s paid off in the brewing of our flagship New England IPA, Cloudhunter. Brewed with ample amounts of pillowy oats and wheat, a hefty whirlpool addition of Citra and Strata hops, and an extremely juicy dry hop of Citra and El Dorado, this 6.2% ABV is the perfect IPA for hazy hop heads.

    Gluten Free Pomona: PFDF

    Gluten Free Sour

Our house favorite sour, now without gluten! This batch is electric in color thanks to the passionfruit and dragon fruit we added!

    Light Bringer 4

    West Coast IPA

As the fog parts, clarity transcends in the form of light. Lightbringer is here! This fourth rendition of our west coast IPA series keeps it simple with malt, utilizing solely pilsner malt for a light body and a touch of a cracker note. A large whirlpool addition of Cascade and Citra lay a super citrus forward base of hop flavor and aroma. A dry hop dose of Citra, Strata and El Dorado keeps the citrus going and blends in some pineapple and grapefruit. A dry finish makes this hoppy beer easy to go back to sip after sip!

    Thunderflare

    NE IPA

This hazy IPA is brewed with a flaked oats, wheat and a touch of caramalt. Idaho 7 Dynaboost and Citra T90s in the whirlpool lay a citrus forward base of hop aromas that only get boosted with a dry hopping of Citra, Cashmere and Nectaron. Brewed with some of our best buds, Jackie O’s brewing from Athens, OH.

    Bossie

    Wisconsin Style Ale

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed down, extra-friendly nature of the midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.

    Confluence of Darkness: Coconut Chocolate

    Imperial Stout

This beer is in collaboration with Xul from Knoxville, TN and Other Half from Brooklyn, NY.

Imperial Stout with Cocoa Nibs, Raw Coconut and Toasted Coconut Added

    First Due Brew

    Red Ale

A red ale brewed with the firefighters of Anderson Township to celebrate the return of the firemen’s festival in May!

    Confluence of Darkness: Vanilla Rye

    Imperial Rye Stout

This beer is in collaboration with Weldwerks from Greeley, CO and everywhere from Orange County, CA.

Imperial Rye Stout with Vanilla Added

    Neon Squid

    Ausitn IPA

Our take on a popular IPA from Austin, TX, Neon Squid is brewed to be moderately bitter, full of hop flavor and aroma, with a refreshing finish. Loaded with 7 different hop varieties, Neon Squid brings big aromas of peach, nectarine, and orange citrus to balance a solid malt backbone derived from pilsner and dextrin malts.

Collaboration with our good friends in Merrillville, Indiana! We brewed a big stout and conditioned it on cinnamon sticks, vanilla and 25 pounds per barrel of pecans!

    Confluence of Darkness: Tiramisu

    Imperial Stout

This beer is in collaboration with Bottle Logic from Anaheim, CA and Mikerphone from Elk Grove Village, IL.

Imperial Stout with Ladyfingers, Cocoa Nibs, Cocoa Husks, Coffee and Vanilla Added

    Confluence of Darkness Mega Blend

    Imperial Stout

We asked all the breweries that came in for the Confluence of Darkness to pick and adjunct and then we blended all of the base beers.

Xul x Other Half x Bottle Logic x Mikerphone x everywhere x Weldwerks.

Imperial Stout Brewed With Rye with Golden Grahams, Toasted Hazelnuts, Granola, Marshmallows, Vanilla, Almonds and Cocoa Nibs

    Shamrock Beast

    Milk Stout

Shadow Beast is our sweet and roasty Milk Stout. It’s brewed with a copious malt varieties to bring out coffee, chocolate, and caramel notes. A moderate lactose addition to the boil adds body and residual sweetness. After some light hopping, this beast is a perfect blend of bitter roast, sweet chocolate, and creamy vanilla. This one is flavored with Irish Cream!
