    Bossie

    Wisconsin Ale

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed-down, extra-friendly nature of the Midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.

    Gluten-Free Pomona: PFDF

Passion Fruit & Dragon Fruit Smoothie Sour

Pomona, a nod to the goddess of fruit and orchards. is our line of fruited sours. New to the line up is our first gluten free version that spent time conditioning on passion fruit and dragon fruit purees for a bright, tropical, and lightly sweet summer sour.

    GUMS

    Double Hazy IPA

An 8.2% ABV, Double Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Krush, and boatloads of Gummy Sharks, and when we say boatloads, we mean 75 pounds of Albanese Candy Blue Gummy Sharks. A sweet, hoppy, and hazy concoction brewed for those who yearn for the hunt and for those who simply seek the taste.

    DDH Cloudhunter

    Double dry Hopped NEIPA

For this extra hoppy version of Cloudhunter, we took our flagship IPA that is hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Strata hops and added an extra dose of Amplifire Nelson Sauvin Hop Oil for a bright and fresh hop flavor of white grape and passion fruit.

    Here We Once Were

    West Coast Pilsner

This modern pilsner was brewed with our friends from everywhere beer co in Orange, CA. Built like a West Coast IPA but fermented warm with lager yeast, this hoppy lager is crisp and clean with a moderate bitterness and a bright, grassy and tropical hop profile.

Brewed with pilsner malt, lager yeast, and citra, krush, and riwaka hops.

    Mikerphone Daydream Believer

    Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Wheat Stout

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Wheat Stout aged first in a Weller Wheated Bourbon Barrel for 35 months, then in a Laird’s Apple Brandy Barrel for 13 months, and conditioned on Daydream Coffee Company Royal Sumatra Meriah Coffee Beans.

Maple Barrel-Aged Labryinth with Hazlenut Coffee

    Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale

We took our imperial brown ale that we brewed with Bolero Snort and aged it 11 months in a maple ex-bourbon barrel. After conditioning it on hazelnut coffee we were left with an intensely nutty and maple sweet brown ale with a complementary roasted coffee character.

    Captain Kidd

    Peach Brown Brandy

The ghost of Captain Kidd has made its way down to Cincinnati for this big imperial brown collaboration with our longtime friend Jared Lewinski and his New Jersey brewery Five Dimes. Captain Kidd is a big imperial brown ale that has a complex malt bill that includes chocolate and caramel malts, honey malt, and rye. A chocolate and nutty base is complemented with sharp oak, vanilla and bursting peach after it was rested in peach brandy barrels for 17 months..

    Monster Blend

    Blended Barrel Aged Ale

For our second anniversary, we crafted a blend of barrel aged ales into a complex beer worthy of a celebration. Monster Blend blends 75% imperial stout aged in New Riff Winter Whiskey barrel for 22 months, 12.5% barleywine aged in Widow Jane Rye Whiskey barrels for 20 months, and 12.5% imperial porter aged in Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels for 16 months.

    Pounding Husks

    Rye Barrel Aged Barleywine

Pounding Husks, whose name is translated directly from the Greek demi-god of sowing grain and milling wheat Triptolemos, is made up of nothing but Maris Otter malt, Magnum hops, and patience. Its deep brown color is achieved not by colored malts, but an intense four hour boil that provides a complex layer of caramel, toasted malts and toffee. After a slow and cool fermentation, this barleywine aged gracefully in a rye whiskey barrel for 19 months. The result is a sweet, rich and spicy slow sipper with big notes of caramel, vanilla, and rye.

    Marathon

    Light Lager

The lightest lager we have made, Marathon is brewed for those who know that you can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning. It’s made with pilsner malt and flaked corn, with just enough hops to balance. Lagered cold for over 30 days, Marathon is super light, super crisp, and only 4.2%.

    Confluence of Darkness Bottles

    Imperial Stouts Multiple Variants

    Cloudhunter

    New England IPA

We’ve brewed dozens of NE IPAs, hunting for the perfect blend of tropical, hazy goodness and accessibility. It’s paid off in the brewing of our flagship New England IPA, Cloudhunter. Brewed with ample amounts of pillowy oats and wheat, a hefty whirlpool addition of Citra and Strata hops, and an extremely juicy dry hop of Citra and El Dorado, this 6.2% ABV is the perfect IPA for hazy hop heads.

    Weldwerks Medianoche

    Imperial Barrel-Aged Stout

2024 Medianoche is the pinnacle of patience and blending. This year’s release showcases a blend of multiple recipes, including our traditional Medianoche base, wheated base, and high rye recipe. This notable blend was selected exclusively from batches of Medianoche aged for 25-39 months, creating. The extensive aging took place in Old Elk Port Cask Finish Bourbon, Law’s Whiskey House Rye Whiskey, Wheated Weller Bourbon, Buzzards Roost Bourbon, Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon, Old Elk Bourbon, Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Blanton’s Bourbon, and Stagg Jr Bourbon barrels. The final product explodes with notes of chocolate dipped orange, salted caramel, vanilla pudding, nutmeg, toasted pecan, and rich oak.

Collaboration with Wandering Monsters Brewing. We brewed an Imperial IPA with 2-Row, Oats, and White Wheat. Hopped with Mosaic, Strata, Nectaron, and Cashmere Cryo.

    Helles Spawn

    Helles Lager

This German-style pale lager is a delicious malt-forward drinker comprised almost exclusively of pilsner malt and German hops. A light biscuit and cracker malt profile and some delightful spicy hoppiness provides the perfect balance. Forty days in the tank marries the flavors and supplies a perfectly light, sweet, and drinkable lager.

    Little Fish Collab: Wood Golem

    Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout with Palo Santo wood.

A collaboration with our good friends at Wandering Monsters Brewing. Wood Golem is a full-bodied imperial stout, conditioned on Palo Santo wood. This South American wood is often used as incense, because of its natural aromas of mint, licorice, and cinnamon; it’s hard to describe, but incredibly enticing! We conditioned this imperial stout on Palo Santo wood for only a few days to impart these flavors into the beer.
