    Cloudhunter

    NE IPA

We’ve brewed dozens of NE IPAs, hunting for the perfect blend of tropical, hazy goodness and accessibility. It’s paid off in the brewing of our flagship New England IPA, Cloudhunter. Brewed with ample amounts of pillowy oats and wheat, a hefty whirlpool addition of Citra and Strata hops, and an extremely juicy dry hop of Citra and El Dorado, this 6.2% ABV is the perfect IPA for hazy hop heads.

    First Due Brew

    Red Ale

Brewed with the Anderson Township Firefighters, this red ale is a deep amber with an off-white foamy head. Malty sweet but crisp and drinkable, this is the perfect winter pint for pairing with BBQ and playing trivia!

    Light Bringer 4

    West Coast IPA

As the fog parts, clarity transcends in the form of light. Lightbringer is here! This fourth rendition of our west coast IPA series keeps it simple with malt, utilizing solely pilsner malt for a light body and a touch of a cracker note. A large whirlpool addition of Cascade and Citra lay a super citrus forward base of hop flavor and aroma. A dry hop dose of Citra, Strata and El Dorado keeps the citrus going and blends in some pineapple and grapefruit. A dry finish makes this hoppy beer easy to go back to sip after sip!

    DDH Cloudhunter

    NE IPA

Our flagship New England IPA, Double Dry Hopped with Motueka.

    Bossie

    Wisconsin Style Ale

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed down, extra-friendly nature of the midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.

    Monsters DOS- Mississippi Mud

    Imperial Stout

This beer is in collaboration with Cycle Brewing in St. Pete, Florida! Zac and Jason flew down to Florida. This beer was aged by Cycle for 2-3 years, transported to Cincinnati and adjuncted and bottled by Zac. This version was conditioned on marshmallows, chocolate and a little bit of toasted pecan.

    Pomona: Strawberry + Guava

    Smoothie Sour

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. This iteration, has been conditioned on strawberry puree and guava

    Kapowski

    Amber

Brewed to be crisp and drinkable with a perfect balance of malty caramel notes and a subtle bitterness with floral hop flavor. Catch this one by the time the bus flies by!

    Pecan Pie

    Imperial Stout

Collaboration with our good friends in Merrillville, Indiana! We brewed a big stout and conditioned it on cinnamon sticks, vanilla and 25 pounds per barrel of pecans!

Maple BA Labyrinth w/ Hazelnut Coffee

    Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Ale

Our collab with Jason’s old friend Jared from Bolero Snort returns after a slumber in maple bourbon barrels. The barrels first held bourbon, then maple syrup, then this beer! We conditioned the liquid on some hazelnut coffee after we removed it from the barrel for a delectable treat!

    BA Labyrinth

    Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Ale

Our collab with Jason’s old friend Jared from Bolero Snort returns after a slumber in bourbon barrels. We liked this beer so much we used it as our submission to the Festival of Barrel Aged Beers in Chicago!

    Shadow Beast

    Milk Stout

Shadow Beast is our sweet and roasty Milk Stout. It’s brewed with a copious malt varieties to bring out coffee, chocolate, and caramel notes. A moderate lactose addition to the boil adds body and residual sweetness. After some light hopping, this beast is a perfect blend of bitter roast, sweet chocolate, and creamy vanilla.

    Nightcrawler

    NE Double IPA

No need to adjust your system! We’ve dropped a new hazy double IPA dry hopped with over 6#/bbl of Mosaic Cryo, Nectaron, and Strata. Nightcrawler is super juicy with punches of passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus sure to deliver a knockout blow!
