    Sasquash

    Coffee Pumpkin porter

‘Tis the season! Everyone knows it’s the time of year to rush to your Starbucks and get the coveted PSL. We implore you to come to Wandering Monsters and drink our pumpkin spice porter instead! Brewed to be creamy and sweet, this dark hued ale is loaded with pumpkin puree, a pumpkin spice blend from local spice makers Colonel De’s, and then conditioned on pumpkin spice coffee from local roaster Kidd Coffee!

    Double Mayor Mooken

    Strawberry Milkshake IPA

The version of a house favorite gets a double dose of strawberry!.

    Good God, Lemon

    Creamsicle Blonde

Good God, Lemon is a sweet and citrusy blonde ale that recreates a delicious Lemon Pound Cake in beer form. Brewed with a touch of oats and some lactose to provide some body, Good God, Lemon is conditioned on lemon peel and lemon puree for a dose of bright citrus as well as some cinnamon and vanilla to provide a hint of pound cake.

    Ludwig

    German party lager

The very first Oktoberfest celebration in Munich was to honor the wedding of King Ludwig and Princess Therese. Our homage to the beer served at present day Oktoberfests is our Ludwig festbier lager. Brewed with German malts and German hops, we’ve created a light, malty, and sessionable lager. Ludwig is served in special ceramic steins or litre steins!

    Bossie

    Wisconsin Style Ale

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed down, extra-friendly nature of the midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.

    AAAHH More Monsters

    Imperial Pastry Stout

A collaboration with our Friends at MOre Brewing in Huntley Illinois! This is an imperial stout brewed with cocnut, pecan and Dark Matter coffee.

    TO GO ONLY!

    Lightbringer 3

    west coast ipa

As the fog parts, clarity transcends in the form of light. Lightbringer is here! This third rendition of our west coast IPA series keeps it simple with malt, utilizing solely pilsner malt for a light body and a touch of a cracker note. A large whirlpool addition of Cashmere hops lay a base of citrus, stone fruit and melon before a huge dry hop addition of Strata and hand selected Citra explodes with strawberry, grapefruit, and passion fruit. LB3 is super hoppy, perfectly bitter, and crisp enough to make you want another.

    Kapowski

    Amber

By the time we grab our books and we give ourself a look we’re at the corner just in time to see the bus fly by! Brewed to be crisp and drinkable with a perfect balance of malty caramel notes and a subtle bitterness with floral hop flavor.

    Monster Chili Cheese Coney

    NE DOUble IPA

A collaboration with our friends out of Chicago, Hop Butcher for the World! This hop bomb is saturated Citra Dynaboost, Riwaka, Citra and Kohia Nelson Subzero Hop Kief.

    Babadook

    Prickly Pear Gose

This new sour ale skews away from the super fruited smoothies and into a dryer, crisper, and more drinkable tart ale. Soured in the kettle with lactobacillus, it’s then boiled to kill bacteria and steeped with pink Himalayan sea salt. A clean fermentation is finished with an addition of pink prickly pear puree at just over one pound per gallon. The result is a bright and tasty fruit beer with a refreshing tartness and light salinity to make you want to go back sip after sip.

    Neon Squid

    Austin IPA

Our take on a popular IPA from Austin, TX, Neon Squid is brewed to be moderately bitter, full of hop flavor and aroma, with a refreshing finish. Loaded with 7 different hop varieties, Neon Squid brings big aromas of peach, nectarine, and orange citrus to balance a solid malt backbone derived from pilsner and dextrin malts.

    Omnishambles

    Blueberry Muffin Session Pastry Stout

Brewed in collaboration with Jackie O’s in Athens, OH. Brewed with Jackie O’s Bakeshop muffins, tahitian vanilla beans and a touch of Ceylon cinnamon.

    Rustic Auburn Valley

    Pilsner

Collaboration beer brewed with and at Little Fish in Athens, Ohio! 100% Ohio-grown, dry hopped pilsner. This Ohio-grown pils showcases some of the best of what our home state has to offer in terms of malted barley and hops. Pilsner malt from Rustic Brew Farm. Comet hops from Auburn Acres Hops. Crystal hops from Ohio Valley Hops.
