Hazy IPA
Collab with our DUDES over at Lua Brewing, we combined our fresh hand-selected Citra with Motueka, Peacharine, and Maui Nelson Subzero Hop Kief to unleash a 7% Hazy IPA loaded with flavors of bright citrus, fresh lime zest, ripe peach, and pineapple.
Indescribably Delicious
Sweet Stout
We took our Milk Stout base and loaded it up with over 20 pounds of coconut before hitting it with chocolate to create a 6.2% Sweet Stout that’s killer enough to make Camp Crystal Lake look like a vacation destination.
C.O.D. Awoken: Werking Monsters Everywhere
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
This 14.5% ABV Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout made in collaboration with Weldwerks and Everywhere Beer Co, was aged for 21 months in a Willet Rye Bourbon Barrel before being adjuncted with lactose-free chocolate soft serve powder, cacao husks, cacao nibs, waffle cones, marshmallow, and peanuts. The result? Basically a boozy Rocky Road Drumstick in a massive barrel-aged imperial pastry stout form.

Hop Saturated Ale
This 7.5% Hop Saturated Ale in collaboration with Atrium and Offscript, was fermented with Berkley Yeast, then loaded up with Citra Dynaboost, Motueka, Citra, Citra Cryo, Riwaka, Rakau Subzero Hop Kief.
Hitching Dank Monsters
Hazy IPA
This 6.5% Hazy IPA in collaboration with Dankhouse and Hitchiker, was fermented with Berkeley Yeast, then brings together Citra Cryo, El Dorado, Mosaic Cryo, Estate Grown Cascade, and Citra Hyperboost.

We took our hard-seltzer base and loaded it up with orange soda syrup for a crisp, bubbly, throwback flavor that tastes like your childhood favorite grew up and found its way into our cooler.

This 8.2% Hazy DIPA in collaboration with Guggmanhaus and South O, was fermented with Berkeley Yeast before a massive dosing of Citra Cryo, Idaho 7 CGX, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Riwaka Amplifire Oil.

Amber Ale brewed with crystal malts and cascade hops balances perfectly for a crisp and drinkable amber with toasted malt, sweet caramel and a hint of citrus!

Warning: may cause an uncontrollable urge to wear neon, crank the stereo, and make ordinary afternoons feel way more extreme than they have any right to be.

Fresh Hop Ohio Lager
Made with Marysville, Ohio-grown Rustic Brew Farms pale and wheat malt, then wet-hopped with freshly picked whole-cone Galena hops from Valley View Nature Preserve, which were harvested and used in this beer all in the same day. Expect a light, crisp body with a golden color, a mild citrus and herbal flavor.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Blonde Ale
Huldra was the very first beer to ever come out of our brewhouse, so bringing it back for the fall season felt pretty special. This time around, we loaded up our Blonde Ale with Pumpkin Spice Latte coffee beans for a whole new take on one of our most nostalgic beers.
Barrel Of Pure Imagination
Barrel-Aged Stout
In collaboration with Gnosis Brewery, this chocolate-forward Imperial Stout spent 20 months resting patiently for in Evan Williams barrels before we loaded it up with a copious amount of caramel and finished it with just a touch of sea salt. Expect rich chocolate and gooey caramel with just a touch of sea salt to keep things interesting, finishing with pleasant bourbon warmth.
