Coffee Pumpkin porter
‘Tis the season! Everyone knows it’s the time of year to rush to your Starbucks and get the coveted PSL. We implore you to come to Wandering Monsters and drink our pumpkin spice porter instead! Brewed to be creamy and sweet, this dark hued ale is loaded with pumpkin puree, a pumpkin spice blend from local spice makers Colonel De’s, and then conditioned on pumpkin spice coffee from local roaster Kidd Coffee!
Fogbringer 9
NE IPA
This is the newest rendition of our rotating hazy IPA. Fogbringer 9 is brewed with a combination of oats and wheat to create a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. An array of Southern Hemisphere hops provide a tropical and citrus profile with Citra and Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool and Citra, Riwaka, and Motueka in the dry hop. Lastly, we added a touch of Kohia Nelson Subzero Hopkief from Freestyle Hops for a final pop of delicious tropical fruit aroma.
Viator Obscura- S'mores
Imperial Stout
Our base imperial pastry stout, Viator Obscura (latin for “dark traveler”), gets a complex grist bill with caramel, chocolate, and roasted malts before a 3 hour boil boosts our potential ABV and caramelizes the extracted sugars. Balancing hops are added to the boil and long, cool fermentation presents a smooth, chocolatey and sweet base stout. 5lbs of graham cracker per barrel 3 lbs per barrel of cocoa nibs/husks and a mountain of marshmallowLudwig
German party lager
The very first Oktoberfest celebration in Munich was to honor the wedding of King Ludwig and Princess Therese. Our homage to the beer served at present day Oktoberfests is our Ludwig festbier lager. Brewed with German malts and German hops, we’ve created a light, malty, and sessionable lager. Ludwig is served in special ceramic steins or litre steins!

A collaboration with our Friends at MOre Brewing in Huntley Illinois! This is an imperial stout brewed with cocnut, pecan and Dark Matter coffee.
Lightbringer 3

As the fog parts, clarity transcends in the form of light. Lightbringer is here! This third rendition of our west coast IPA series keeps it simple with malt, utilizing solely pilsner malt for a light body and a touch of a cracker note. A large whirlpool addition of Cashmere hops lay a base of citrus, stone fruit and melon before a huge dry hop addition of Strata and hand selected Citra explodes with strawberry, grapefruit, and passion fruit. LB3 is super hoppy, perfectly bitter, and crisp enough to make you want another.

NE IPA
We’ve brewed dozens of NE IPAs, hunting for the perfect blend of tropical, hazy goodness and accessibility. It’s paid off in the brewing of our flagship New England IPA, Cloudhunter. Brewed with ample amounts of pillowy oats and wheat, a hefty whirlpool addition of Citra and Strata hops, and an extremely juicy dry hop of Citra and El Dorado, this 6.2% ABV is the perfect IPA for hazy hop heads.

Pomona- Pina Colada
AMerican IPA with basil
Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. For this iteration, we’ve added a boat load of pineapple puree and some silky coconut cream for a sweet and tropical classic – the pina colada! This won a silver medal at the US Beer open!
Rustic Auburn Valley
Pilsner
Collaboration beer brewed with and at Little Fish in Athens, Ohio! 100% Ohio-grown, dry hopped pilsner. This Ohio-grown pils showcases some of the best of what our home state has to offer in terms of malted barley and hops. Pilsner malt from Rustic Brew Farm. Comet hops from Auburn Acres Hops. Crystal hops from Ohio Valley Hops.
