We’ve brewed dozens of NE IPAs, hunting for the perfect blend of tropical, hazy goodness and accessibility. It’s paid off in the brewing of our flagship New England IPA, Cloudhunter. Brewed with ample amounts of pillowy oats and wheat, a hefty whirlpool addition of Citra and Strata hops, and an extremely juicy dry hop of Citra and El Dorado, this 6.2% ABV is the perfect IPA for hazy hop heads.

Hefeweizen
Our traditionally brewed German-style Hefeweizen, Hefegriff, is brewed with German malted Pilsner, Wheat, and Munich malts. A ferulic acid rest in the mash, noble hops in the boil, and classic hefeweizen yeast combine to produce a sweet and drinkable wheat beer bursting with banana esters with a touch of clove.

In collaboration with Finback, this all-new Double New England IPA was built on an absolutely stacked hop bill of Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata, Superdelic, and Galaxy hops. The result is a 7.6% ABV fully saturated juice bomb, bursting with layers of bright citrus, passion fruit, sweet mango, and juicy peach, all wrapped up in a haze that drinks exactly the way it looks.

Brewed up with our friends at Hop Butcher for the World, this double IPA is extra juicy and chock full of hops! Monster Coney is loaded up with oats and wheat before getting Citra T90 and Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool. A big dry hop of Citra and Riwaka boast the tangerine, mango and passion fruit notes before a late addition of Freestyle Maui Nelson Subzero Hop Kief adds complexity and a top layer of passion fruit and lime.

Big boozy chocolate-toffee flavors that’ll have you questioning if this belongs in a snifter or the candy aisle.

Summer Ale
This is a fundraising beer benefitting the OCBA, the non-profit trade organization working to promote and protect the state’s craft beer industry. This is the 6th year in a row that breweries in the state came together to brew for a shared cause. This year’s recipe for Vol. 6 came from Wooly Pig Farm Brewing’s very own Kevin Ely. This Summer Ale utilized pilsner, Vienna, and wheat malt. We then pitched this Ale with our own house-kolsch yeast to add some extra fruity esters. A perfect beer for the start of summer.
